you dont wanna swap that frame, its pretty nice. You wont get anything better so its not worth swapping. And yea, i'm not swapping my gimp frame mate started riding it again today so i'm not selling any more.

Im not sure about postage and packaging, when i sent my old forks off for servicing they got destroyed. And no the bike isn't heavy at all.
